Institute of Health Information and Statistics of the Czech Republic was established in 1960. The Institute is an organisational component of the State, its founder is Ministry of Health.

We are a Civic Association of doctors and nurses of various specialization in clinical medicine from all of Czech republic. Our association was created out of need to provide highest quality care for chronic wounds and defects that is based on the latest research. Members include physicians of various specializations, nurses from hospitals as well as home care, graduate students and academics. Lay caregivers are also welcome to become members.
